Has your ability to pay for things like rent, utilities, or other necessities been recently impacted by job loss, disability, or health issues and you need a little help making ends meet this month? We occasionally help Penticton clients get through these short-term difficulties as our abilities permit.

As we are funded entirely by donations, we are obligated to be good stewards of these donations by ensuring that they are directed to assistance as intended by our donors, which is primarily food hampers. As a result, we also ask that clients seek assistance from other organizations in our community of Penticton, particularly those that are receiving government funds for this purpose.
Requests for assistance typically require more than 10 days to review and determine eligibility. Requests that do not provide the required notice of 10 days may be limited or simply denied. We are not able to provide repeated or ongoing support of this nature.
To request assistance getting through a difficult time, call 250-492-2082 and leave your name and phone number so that we can contact you to asses your situation and our ability to provide assistance. Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfill all requests.
